“The staff at this hotel were amazing and so kind! Especially Moses who worked at the bar, very professional and polite! The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel is under renovations at the moment, so there is scaffolding and the elevators do not work. But they were very good about letting me know ahead of time and offering to put us on the first floor if needed. We would definitely come here again! Thank you to all of the staff! You guys are top notch!”

“Un hotel muy especial, con casitas y estudios al lado de un lago. Entorno privilegiado, todo muy nuevo y con grandes comodidades por ser bungalows. Hemos estado 3 maravillosos días conociendo ese bonito lugar y se agradecía llegar en esa pequeña cabañita para relajarnos de todo el ajetreo del día. El personal dejaba bastante que desear sobre todo porque parecía que eramos raros por el hecho de no ser del país. Sufrimos algun episodio desagradable con ellos que no voy a explicar detalladamente...

“I loved the tranquility of the hotel. The only thing I could fault were the bathroom systems and the pillows. The shower did not work very well and toilet did not flush well. Otherwise perfect. The pillows were very high even though we received a choice. But they need flat pillows for some people. I found that using an folded towel solved my problem however.”

“Hotel tranquilo a las afueras de Reading. Aconsejable disponer de coche para acceder al mismo. Habitación amplia, con buenos colchones y buenas vistas al lago. Muy tranquila. El baño necesita alguna mejora. Bañera con cortina, lo cual no es muy higienico Desayuno con buffet frio y caliente. El buffet caliente es a la carta y lo preparan en pocos minutos. Se puede desayunar con vistas al lago”
