“The location is perfect if you want to save the money for the taxi(20-30NZD)and rent a motobike. But the rooms are very close to the bar and the music is TOO LOUDand NOISY, they have all day happy hour, and the party finishes around 11.30 pm everyday,so if you want to take a rest, this hotel is the worse place ever. As there are outside people come to the bar<because the alcohol is cheap>, I don't think it's save and nice for the guests.... Trasfer to and from the airport is complementary,...

“Looks like nice townhouse, modern style, lots of space. Laundry room/toilet, kitchen and living room on the first floor and 2 bedrooms, 2 bath on second floor. Welcome fruit plate. Staff will deliver breakfast to your room every morning. Clean, air conditioner, shared pool for 4 units. (2 of them are Oceanfront and 2- Oceanview. Comfy beds, safe location and good price. Friendly people.”

“Gorgeous resort in a perfect location. Staff are absolutely wonderful and so very happy & helpful. Island night is worth booking for dinner & the afternoon Island Tour is great value for money, informative, scenic & a lot of fun!! Walking distance to The Boatshed for afternoon drinks or lunch & also to a good coffee place too. Beachfront huts are spacious & clean and beds ultra comfy!! Loved our stay- we will be back!!”

“We stayed at 3 locations during our 2 week trip and Sanctuary Rarotongan was by far the best😊 The room, location, staff and daily activities were amazing.
We are planning a return trip to Rarotonga next year and will be booking here again no questions asked. All staff were beautiful but a special shout out to Sake at the bar. Ron at reception and Va in the restaurant they made our stay memorable”

“Rooms were clean and staff very friendly. My room was located close to beach and main facilities and could be very noisy, early morning and afternoons. Security were available if it was noisy after 10pm. I did call them one night. Beautiful beach, lagoon and sunsets.”

“Waking up to sunrises and beach views from bed was lush! Our room was serviced daily to give us extra towels for our water adventures, I can’t say anything negative it was an amazing play to stay!! Can’t wait to come back”
