“We were looking for a place to relax on our short fishing trip and this fit the bill perfectly! Comfortable beds, homey feel, well stocked with the things we needed. And the location was perfect. ”

“Great view of water and mountains. Short drive to Cashiers and surrounding attractions like waterfalls, hiking, boating. Perfect deck to hangout and enjoy the view and grill. ”

“Waterfalls visit with one senior citizen, a 15 year old and an 11 year old. Lovely accommodation and cozy. Never did figure out how to get the lamps to turn on in the master, but managed with my flashlight to be able to read. We all love the homey feel and enjoyed the little tall grass walk to see the creek on the property. We would stay here again!”

“This wonderful suburban home (inside) looks like a mountain cabin outside. We cooked breakfast and dinner there and hiked the parks during the day. Very secluded and slightly off the beaten path but easily accessed. Nice pool table and game selections. Solid wifi. Kitchen needs some steak knives but if thats the only thing missing. Great rental!”

“We enjoyed a quiet, peaceful 3 night stay and hope to stay again in the future! The cabin is exactly as advertised and it felt as if we were up in a tree house! Sitting out on the porch area was our favorite. The view of the river is so relaxing. We were fortunate enough to see 2 bald eagles flying over the water! Hubby enjoyed fishing from the dock and caught a couple of nice trout.This is the perfect getaway for a couple! It’s clean, cozy and has everything you need.”

“I was visiting to attend a class to assist with teaching at the local community college. Location is great with being near the college, although the drive to location is tight and narrow on the road. Enjoyed winding down with family at the end of the day. The only thing that I have to complain about is taking your own trash to the landfill, I found that stressful with making sure it was taken off and the location employees at the landfill had issues with me dumping trash not being a...

“3 friends came for a two night stay for a Cherokee fishing trip. The location was perfect, short drive to Dillsboro and Sylva and 15 minutes to Cherokee casino or rivers.The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. “Such a cosy charming cottage, just perfect for us. The cottage itself was spotless, decorated in vintage cottage style, with comfortable bedding (thank you for the step stool), plentiful towels, warm water. Kitchen had everything needed to cook or bake. The property is meticulously landscaped with interesting trees and plants. Integrated well with the adjacent Forrest. Loved meeting Josh and learning all about the surrounding areas. Would defenately return to this lovely home.”

“This cabin has a perfect location in cashiers. It is tucked away but yet so close to downtown trails and fishing. It is beautifully decorated, and the place was extremely clean. ”

“The place is beautiful and next to a creek, having coffee right next to it, and the sound of the creek was so relaxing. The cabin was lovely and well-maintained. Everything you need in the kitchen and more! We did a lot of hiking, s’mores at night in the fire pit, and relaxing in the jacuzzi, which was terrific after a long day out. Overall, a fantastic place to stay. The communication with Greg was outstanding; he always responded quickly. We love it!! ”
