“I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment. “After being upgraded to a suite because our first room was filthy and no housekeeping was done, the next room wasn't much better. Stains everywhere and very poor standard of cleanliness.
