“very nice place, to get to the hotel you need to take a boat shuttle that is part of the hotel service. a lot of activities, most of them for extra money. wifi only at the lobby for extre charge. the room is very nice, hot water in the privte shower. the staff are very helpful.”

“The receptionist is very blend, the tv in the room is not working, for the 8 nights I was there. I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby. “The place was very relaxing. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The rooms were updated. It was very convenient to have the indoor pool in the room. Overall rating exceeds my expectation. The only place in Los Banos that had indoor pool option. It was well worth it. Just wish the site will update City of Springs availability.
