9.4 de 10, Excepcional, (1,806 opiniones)
“The hotel was ok but our room seemed to be one of the few still unrenovated ones. It was supposed to be a Deluxe room but it was far too small and uncomfortable to qualify as such. The old, outdated and small bathroom did not help improve the experience either.
However, the worst part of our stay was the unfriendliness of the staff. Smiling and helpfulness are clearly not part of their profile.
Location was good though, but I will choose another hotel in the area if I return.”

“This location, The Charles Inn at Vacationland in Bangor, ME is on your website and allowed me to book 3 rooms and it hasn’t been in operation for 2 yrs. I drove 4 hrs with family to arrive and find out we in fact did not have rooms to stay the weekend for my daughter’s college graduation. I had no other option but to look for 3 rooms elsewhere at the last minute and had to pay $1,300 more than I thought I was paying for the first place I thought I had booked. This location needs to be removed...

“Excellent stay! We were welcomed with complimentary blueberry wine and the concierge helped carry our bags to our room.
Noting that they told us we'd receive a text with a link to order breakfast food, and we never received anything. Had to go down the street to purchase breakfast!”

No hay donde cenar cerca. El desayuno estuvo bien a secas. Tiene muy pocas opciones. La habitación muy bien. Amplia. Cama muy cómoda. No hay quien que con el equipaje. ”

El personal es muy amable, tanto los valet parking, como conserje y recepcionistas. Lo único que eles pido es que las TV, permitan acceder a los streaming personales de cada cliente. Por ejemplo Netflix y YouTube.
Percio Joel
