“My parents are the regular customers here. We like the way the staff serve us, patiently, carefully and make us feel like home. The facilities is ok, variety and wifi is fast. The whole place is enjoying, like you are literally living in a resort. Especially the water park. It is so huge that it can contain lots of facility. Both for adult and kids. Suitable for all ranges. Hope it can do even better in the future.”

“Excelente en todo sentido. A pesar de ser un edificio que se nota que tiene sus años esta bien mantenido. Destaco la atención del personal, TODOS son extremadamente amables, un placer tratar con ellos. El desayuno es bueno, variado y todo rico en general. El área de la piscina super limpia, muchas reposeras. Lo único en contra la playa, no es muy bonita, pero si no vas exclusivamente a hacer playa esta bien. En resumen, diría que es una muy buena relación calidad-precio.”

“cleanliness is okay. parking is adequate and safe. just a little sad, my room is booking for 3 people. there are 3 beds. but towels only get two. for extra towels increment rm6. a little sad. because of other hotels when booking. no extra charge, I paid for 3 people. 3 beds. there should be 3 towels. for the convenience of tourists. But the breakfast is totally valuable, paid for three and get three ticket for brekfast. Food was nice and delicious.”

“Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty. “First time staying in this hotel. Pleasant to have earlier check-in at 1.30pm. The room size is comfortable for two. The toiletries are complete; with two bath towels provided.
