“The home is beautiful and spacious! The couch in the living room was very comfortable and the TV was a smart tv so we could access apps we subscribed to and logged in. All the bedrooms also have TVs in them as well which was nice as some guests prefer to fall asleep with a tv on. The beds/pillows were great and we all felt like we were getting a good nights sleep. “Cuando fui hacer el check in no habia nadie que nos atendiera….de hecho nunca lo vimos…lo llamamos por el cel y solo nos indicó que nuestro cuarto era el 8 y que subieramos por la escalera….donde solo se escuchaba una música de fondo….mi experiencia fue terrorífica que abandonamos el lugar inmediatamente….jamás nadie nos atendió ”

“There were no amenities . I didn't bring my hair dryer or iron my clothes. Because most places have these. No microwaves or mini fridge . Coffee maker in lounge area . Tiny bottle of shampoo and bar of soap . Place is very dated not very clean and overpriced for what you get . But the lady at front desk was very friendly and took us right to our room . This place could be a beautiful hotel if the right people up kept it . It's resting on its laurels . I wouldn't return .”

“Sketchy people living there”

“I reserved a room in April for June 6 and 7. We get the 15 minutes after check in time and told there are no rooms. I told the lady I had a reservation and she says "no room". We did this a few times figuring she thought I was looking to book. Getting frustrated, I went back to my car to show her the reservation confirmation. That's when I see an email from Expedia saying they can't accommodate me. The email was sent about 20 minutes before check in time. This is the second year in a row...
