“Cuando fui hacer el check in no habia nadie que nos atendiera….de hecho nunca lo vimos…lo llamamos por el cel y solo nos indicó que nuestro cuarto era el 8 y que subieramos por la escalera….donde solo se escuchaba una música de fondo….mi experiencia fue terrorífica que abandonamos el lugar inmediatamente….jamás nadie nos atendió ”

“We had a room right off the restaurant area. At around 10:30pm a family arrived and had an upstairs room. For hours they made noise, talking and moving furniture around. And a small child running around and screaming. We could hear everything. We heard water running thru the pipes in our ceiling every time they ran water. There is no noise filter between floors. We had multiple cob webs in our room as well.”

“Loved this place! Will definitely stay again. Great location, the view of the lake was amazing from our room and balcony. Everything was so clean, and it was just a perfect stay. Bed was comfortable, the shower was good. Only suggestion, and not a complaint.. maybe safety rails in the shower for those of us who need a little help with balance.”

“Austin was an amazing host with great dining recommendations in the area, including Cooperstown and the surrounding smaller towns, which were surprisingly good. Breakfast included lots of cereal, fruit, yogurt and other cold options, but the highlight was Austin's awesome waffles, his specialty. His real specialty is his getting to know guest's names, home towns, etc. and his friendly manner that encouraged lots of conversation at breakfast. The rooms met my wife's high standard for...

“This bed and breakfast is one of the cleanest, most charming and comfortable places my husband and I have ever stayed in! The host Mike is amazing! He called us the morning of to take our breakfast order and to walk is through the check-in process (which is very easy) and even gave us recommendations for dinner. Definitely try PK’s pub if you like a good home cooked meal. We would hands down recommend this to everyone and would love to stay here again!”

“One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!”
