“SERVICIO DE LLAVES Entramos a nuestra habitación dos horas mas tarde, no les funcionan el sistema de claves para abrir habitaciones. Después de tanto viaje, un disgusto. Al menos había personal en el momento de nuestra llegada. Otros días no había nadie en la recepción. RUIDO Se notaba mucho un ruido raro de la habitación de al lado, golpes de cajones o como si alguien movía muebles. LIMPIEZA Los cubiertos tenían restos de grasa seca, y en algunos platos quedaron migas pegadas.”

“Ok boende till bra pris. Lök i skåpen och ägg i kylen och en skarp röklukt gjorde att man bodde i någons hem, vilket drog ner betyget. Smutsigt duschdraperi i duschen gjorde inte det bättre. Lgh som tillhörde ett bostadshus som var ganska lyhört, vilket störde nattsömnen lite. Stort plus för gratis parkering, då det annars kan göra en utfattig i Stockholm. Med facit i hand hade jag nog ändå hellre lagt till lite pengar för ett riktigt hotellrum ”

“I originally booked a room in Kista but was "upgraded" to a room in Sollentuna. Unfortunately, the upgrade felt more like a downgrade. The room was poorly maintained. Drinking glasses had not been properly cleaned, there were insects and dead spiders in multiple areas, and there was an old blood stain on the bedsheets. Overall, the level of cleanliness was well below what I would expect from a hotel. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here.”

“The apartment we rented was very clean and well maintained. The pictures give an accurate picture of what the apartment looks like. Also it was very quiet. We had some issues figuring out the lock box but the owner showed us how that worked.The apartment is about 15 minute walk from the metro. The pictures on Vrbo helped us find it. The kitchen area and appliances were in excellent condition. Some instructions on how to use the stove, dishwasher and washing machine would be helpful.”
