“Enjoyable stay at what is perhaps best described as a fantastic restaurant with rooms. The restaurant overlooks the water and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. However our room was landside, with only a view of Irsha Street. Although small, the room and facilities were excellent. Fresh milk in the fridge is always much appreciated by us tea drinkers.”

“Hotel agradable, antic. Esmorzar bo. Personal molt amable i resolutiu.”

“The room, was filthy dirty, bed sheets smelt of mould wet dog. Cups dirty with coffee stains. Toilet filthy. Shower filthy, floor so dirty made your feet black. Walls all damaged. Smelt really bad in the room. Balcony outside extremely dangerous and broken. Floor uneven. No lights in the dark. Extremely noisy. Beds uncomfortable. Stains on sheets. Dust and dirt every where. The towels didn’t smell clean. Extremely unhappy. I didn’t take hardly any photos to proved as I’m sure the staff know.”

“Had a wonderful stay there, although the spa was a bit old and dated, the views from the room and the restaurant were spectactular, and the food was like a michellan star quality top class, and the staff couldnt do enough for us,i'd go back again in a heart beat 10/10”

“Very nice and confortable and close to shops, restaurants and supermarket. ”

“Staff very rude”

“Great location…lovely view of the park from my room.Staff are fantastic…I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“The 1st room had a very bad drain smell ,the 2nd room was dirty and dated The food and drink was good tho”

“Perfect place for rest”

“**Disappointing stay, particularly for an elderly guest** We booked a two\-night stay based on the hotel’s excellent 8\.8 rating on Expedia, but unfortunately our experience fell well short of expectations\. On arrival, reception was unattended and our keys had been left on the desk. Staffing was extremely limited, the dining room was cold and we had to eat in the adjoining pub instead. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very cold, with the hotel heating switched off despite the cold...

“On arrival, the staff were really helpful and polite. Parking was conveniently situated across the road from the hotel. The room and bathroom had a cosy feel with lots of character and was nice and clean. The beautiful sitting room was a lovely space to relax. We ate in the bar area and the food was very good, as was breakfast the next morning. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.”

“Everything the hotel lacked wss completely made up by the excellent service offered by Margueite. Thank you for your efforts and understanding.”

“My room had not been hoovered; really uncomfortable bed and there was a constant dripping noise overnight - terrible night sleep.”

“Nice place, kind attention. Good food”
