“La propiedad esta abandonada, tenía telarañas, los baños sucios, el servicios que brindaban era casi inexistente, por ser hispanos casi ni nos atendían por el idioma. Adoquines de la piscina rotos alguien se podía caer. Las facilidades en general le abandonadas.”

“We rented the apartment named "The view". The name couldn't have been more accurate. This apartment had a beautiful view of the bay and buck island. We had a super smooth check in and check out. Place was very clean and the host even had snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived. All in all this was a very nice place to stay and well worth the money. I would recommend this place.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at these cottages! The cottages are very comfortable - we especially enjoyed how we had such easy access to the beach and restaurant yet still felt like you were away from hustle and bustle at the same time. We ended up having to extend our stay due to winter weather at home and Win was able to accommodate us last minute in another unit, which was equally as comfortable and it was so appreciated by us not have to stress about finding new lodging after our flights...

“Beautiful home, clean, great area & lovely pool”

“Very out of the way remote stay, extremely small accommodations, the bed is a converted couch, although clean, air conditioning keeps the room a little cool, the road in is not for the faint hearted, not easy to say the least, property is very old, bathroom light is a pull chain, property says breakfast included, that means you get cereal and milk in your refrigerator, not a sit down meal like all other places! The bed only has a sheet to sleep on, no blankets, and bring extra toilet paper,...

“The place was perfect for us with walking distance to the dive center, beach, and to the Landing restaurant. It was small and quaint with friendly cats and peacocks just roaming the property! We enjoyed our stay and will be back again! ”

“The host (actually, his daughter owns the place) was very welcoming and friendly. He gave us valuable information about places to visit and restaurants to go to. He gave us his number and said we could call him anytime if we needed anything. The house has all amenities and has a cozy yet luxurious vibe. People on the island seemed pretty friendly also. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!”

“We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!”

“Location, views, responsiveness of host were all amazing! The house is a generous size and we were very comfortable there. Beach access and a few restaurants are super close. It was easy to find the two larger towns on the island and we went to Buck Island. The house could use a little TLC but we also understand it’s location receives a lot of weather, which we loved. We all definitely wish to return in the future!”
