“We were pleased to find that the house was well represented in the photos. The rooms are huge, and the views of the lake are amazing. The house is old but in good shape, cozy, and perfect for our family gathering. Our daughters and our grandchildren joined us and there was plenty of space and everyone enjoyed it. “Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house.”

“The house was as described. Clean and easy to find. A couple of things to know - the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are steep. We had a hard time keeping it comfortably warm, but to be fair, we were there during the midst of a winter storm with high winds - so challenging for an older home, and plenty of quilts and blankets on hand to keep everyone cozy. “We spent Thanksgiving week in Honey House in Clarence. We had a grand time hanging out in the house and also enjoying Clarence and Buffalo.
