“Buen restaurante ”

“Excellent location. Rooms are on the smaller side and the whole hotel gives a European size vibe but everything is modern, well-kept, and efficient. Staff was very polite and flexible, and they worked with my late check out request without any issues. Overall, great experience for a solo traveler.”

“Very nice, clean rooms, good amenities, only thing that held it back was the lifts would be very busy”

“It was really good.”

“Justo a un costado de la entrada principal de la Gran Mezquita”

“The king size bed was not comfortable”

“Basic and outdated hotel. Bath tub need replacing. Guests using vape in front of non smoking room. Tiles need more cleaning . Plugs very old and broken.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Medina! The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. The location was excellent, making it very easy and convenient to get to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (the Haram). Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medina. We would happily stay here again!”

“Room is very updated and bathroom is very modern and clean”

“I like the nearby shops and it makes a big difference for us visitors. We were at the third floor and Saifulla did keep the room and bathroom cleaned. Thanks”

“💯”

“My experience in Medinah has never been so great. Staying at this beautiful hotel, the room, the staff and the closeness to Haram is priceless. Although I find the food a bit pricey. We only eat breakfast and lunch once and they charge #689 Riyal for my family of 3 kids and 2 adults. Over all i will recommend the hotel for anyone looking to have a great stay in Medinah.”

“Excelente todo, solo una sugerencia para el hotel en nuestra habitación los pies se direccionaban a la Qibla solo cómo sugerencia si pudieran cambiar eso”
