“House was really well presented, clean and tidy. It was in a good location near trains. ”

“A picture paints a thousand words., which is why we chose this house. BIG mistake.On arrival the lawn hadn’t been watered for a long time. The lawn was an overgrown mass of weeds. Once inside it ‘appeared’ fairly good. Once back from our lunch the negatives started poking their heads out.First was one of the dining chairs appeared to be stained. Like someone had wet their pants and just sat there. (Dining chairs were material covered). Second was the Bathroom ceiling was falling down AND mouldy....

“The Duxton Hotel was even better than expected! The continental breakfast is incredible with a huge selection that leaves nothing to be desired. ​Everything about the stay was top-notch, from the premium service to the overall quality of the hotel. If you’re in Perth, this is definitely the place to be.”

“The rooms and decor are extremely old and carpet is worn and pulled up in some areas. For the price per night it was not a well received room. ”

“The room was so small and one chair as a bedside table. The bed was so close to the window that one of us had to climb over to get into bed. It definitely wasn’t worth it for the price.”

“Basic check in with no welcome or hotel explanation, room wasn’t vacuumed, tv didn’t work- kept turning itself off. Given an accessible room even though didn’t need or want it. Around the pool lots of tiles missing, no one working at pool bar. For the money it’s not worth it. ”

“Clean and spacious room and bathroom and comfortable bed. The bathroom is a little dated, but fine for a weekend stay. Great location - easy walking distance to the city mall, train station, and RAC Arena.”
