“Read the bad reviews on two sites- Vrbo and Airbnb. Owner had said they were working on fixing issues- especially bathroom. They did- there is plenty of room in bathroom. The place is spacious. Kitchen is stocked very well. However - we had two issues - the house is pet friendly- and you could tell as you opened the door- it smelled like pet urine and wet dog. At one point I put extra sheets provided on the white couches to cover the smell. It didn’t work. I wasn’t going to write about this- as...

“We loved our time at Eagle Point! The view was gorgeous, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and there was ample room for the 5 of us. The loft was the perfect space for our three children: each had their own bed, there were activities to do, and there was a table and comfy chairs where they could sit and do a puzzle. We enjoyed the neighborhood playground that was over the little bridge. Pam and Keith were awesome hosts. Would definitely stay again!”

“Cottage lacked nothing. Clean, spacious & grassy flat yard. Owner very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Wonderful week!”

“Beautiful property and nice area. We loved the wood burning fireplace and convenience of the full kitchen. Owners were very accommodating. ”

“Clean place with plenty of space”

“Wonderful property. Well-maintained and very clean. Staying here for three nights definitely contributed to our memorable family vacation! If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property in the area, you won't regret staying here.”

“Nice relaxing place! Had to get it last minute due to construction date changes in our home. Fit 5 of us just fine. Felt just like a home away from home! Just what we needed!”

“This place was just perfect -- especially for a family. Everything was there to make our stay comfortable, from firewood and kindling to board games and books. So cozy, private, and beautiful. We're already planning to go back.”

“I really like the location and the nice clean well updated apartment. It worked out great for our time at Bristol Mountain. It's very nice quiet and respectable community great place to be.”

“Clean, cozy cabin near the lake. It was great for my family and our pet cat (who would have spent the whole weekend under the bed no matter where we were at). Although, Lancelot did come out on Day 3 and warmed up to the place. He gives it 4 toe beans. :-). The humans give it 4.5 stars. It actually had a nice array of cook pans and utensils. The shower, however is tiny and tall. Great water pressure. The proximity to lake and beach is great!”

“We had a wonderful wedding weekend at the cute barn apartment! Feeding the fish and enjoying the ponds was so fun! We will definitely be back. The apartment was clean and well kept. It was such a peaceful and cozy stay, thank you!”

“We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful home (cabin retreat) at the Finger Lakes. All six adults, two grandchildren and two dogs had a great time! The check-in process was very easy. The home was very clean. The weather was a little cool so it was nice having the game room to enjoy for the couple days we didn’t use the pool. This was our first time traveling to the Finger Lakes; it’s such a beautiful area. Anyone staying at this cabin retreat would not be disappointed!”

“We spent the weekend having a get away for a few nights. I could not say enough good things about the property, and how happy we are with the owners of this rental. Our stay was wonderful and the owners were very helpful and turly cared that our visit was exactly what we wanted. Any questions we had they responded very quickly, and were happy to help. They checked in after our first night to see how everything was, and if we needed anything. The house was very clean and had everything we...

“This was the perfect place for a quiet family getaway. We had a great time hanging out near the pond and around a campfire at night. My 8 year old spent hours building sand castles. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was very communicative and bent over backwards to make sure our stay was perfect.”

“The only downside for this rental ( other than the stairs for my wife with bad knees) is that the bed size is smaller than what we are used to. I knew that and accepted it due to the limited inventory of pl as yes to stay in Honeoye.”

“Perfect property for what we needed (family of four) for a weekend wedding. Small, quaint remodeled cottage with a beautiful view of the lake and a dock to sit on and watch the sun rise. Very quiet lake and neighborhood (June 27 weekend). Neighbor was very nice, property was clean and well kept. The kitchen was very well stocked with amenities, which was great because we hosted family members for a breakfast. Far better than a hotel room, any day. The host was very easy to 'work' with,...

“We loved the location, secluded and quiet!”

“The house was a nice little cottage. And we enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit enormously! The host Jess was very responsive to all of our questions. But it was a lot farther from the beach area than we would have liked. Generally, The house was clean. But when I got there I noticed there were toothpaste splatters on the faucet in the bathroom. I didn't think anything of it until we had a serious problem with pet hair in the bed with us when we went to bed late at night. To the point where we...

“The hosts really did a wonderful job with all the little touches to make us feel welcome and instantly comfortable. Very clean, had all the utensils, great indoor and outdoor seating, and towels ready to grab for when the kids came in from kayaking. We loved Joseph's Wayside Market in Naples, as well as the Fuzzy Bunny yarn & gifts and the Birdhouse Brewery in Honeyoye. Very relaxing and quiet area, great for fishing! The smaller cars fit better than the large truck in the driveway/parking area,...

“ A lovely little cabin back in the quiet woods. A good location for accessing the Finger Lakes and parks and Rochester. We love being outdoors, walking trails, picnicking, quiet woods, dark night skies, seeing sights. This was a good place for all of that. The cabin itself was comfortable for the two of us. The road up to the cabin is quite rough and we were glad we had an AWD vehicle, even in the summer. The cabin's water must be from a well because it smells of sulfur and iron. We...
