“El hotel hubiese sido mejor, o la estadía hubiese sido mejor, si hubiera "housekeeping" a diario. No había. No recogían el cuarto ni cambiaban las toallas. Estuvimos 3 noches. La segunda noche pedimos toallas limpias. El cuarto olía fuertemente a humedad. Sinceramente, el lugar estaba "overpriced" para lo que ofrecieron. Lo único bueno era su localización, a pasos de "downtown: Troy y fácila acceso en carro entrada y salida de Troy.”

“Responsive host, clean property. A little bit noisy with the downstairs neighbors, but you're in the middle of a city. Noise is expected. There was a small mix-up with the entrance being inside the fence, but it was quickly resolved.”

“We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem of an apartment. The owners thought of just about anything that someone would need. The space is cute. The bedrooms are a nice size. The full washer & dryer were nice to have. Restaurants & coffee shops just a short drive away. A diner right on the corner for a quick breakfast. Will definitely book here again.”

“I could not have asked for a better experience. The host was very good at communicating, check in process was fantastic and the apartment was clean. It had everything I needed for a two week stay. 10/10 recdomend. Oh the location was also safe and right next to CVS with off street parking.”

“Great property, super responsive property owner. Great location, just at the edge of downtown. The only odd thing was that it's such an old building that the floors were a little warped in places, and not level. Other than that, great property!”

“Tatyana and Phillip have a great space. It is located near the Hudson River. The property is well maintained and just as described in Vrbo. The furnishings are tastefully appointed and the high ceilings give a sense of the glories of yesteryear. Everything a visitor would need is right here. Communication with the hosts was easy and clear. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Found this gem on a whim after deciding on last minute plans to a show nearby. Perfect location and the room is exactly as pictured! Modern, cozy and safe. After show drinks at Ilium and late night Herbies Burgers across the street were such an added bonus! Will definitely be returning!”

“Apartment was clean, cute, and perfect for my husband and me. Host was very easy to work with and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend and may be back soon”

“The property was lovely. Convenient location for Siena College or MVP events. Host was kind and helpful when I reached out for assistance. Property was extremely clean and very affordable.”

“Very secluded and nice!”

“There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids enjoyed the pool loved fishing in the pond. Everything was as described. Definitely a great place to rent.”
