“I booked through Expedia (VRBO) and the room we were assigned was incorrect due to a mistake by the booking sight ( we were assigned a 1 bedroom instead of a two bedroom). The owner had us in a new unit at no extra charge ($100/night difference) within 5 minutes. Awesome customer service!!!”

“The Lakeside Apartment was the perfect place for our family during our December ski vacation! It is pet-friendly with an efficient layout, well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with radiant heated flooring, comfortable beds and thoughtful accoutrements. There was plenty of parking, and the location was perfect for dog walks and runs near the lake. The property manager was quite responsive and very friendly. We would be happy to stay here again!”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The listing is criminally incorrect. There are not two bedrooms, only one. They gave us air mattresses that deflated in less than 30 minutes. There is mold in the bathroom. The view is of other cabins in various stages of decay and actually falling apart. The service was mean and nasty, like they resented being bothered. But the most important thin is the listing is completely WRONG. It is false advertising. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!”

“The Home was exactly our taste and we loved our stay. Just a quick two nights to check out the area as we would love to own a place at schroon lake. Highly recommend. The owners were super responsive and easy to work with. Loved our quick stay. Has everything you need including great set up with ping pong and air hockey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ”
