“Good stay with 7 family members. Much better than 3 hotel rooms. Road to location ruff and complicated. Wierd there's 2 separate bathrooms in master bedroom but nice to have. “We really enjoyed our stay here. The host has thought of everything. Usually there are a couple of things I need to buy, but not this stay. Everything we needed was there. The location is busy, but super convenient and walkable. There is a creek side trail on the street behind the property, access to the Gulch trail system within a 2 minute walk, and 2 good restaurants right next to the home. “This is the most beautiful property we have stayed at in Durango. The house is open and airy, with a beautiful deck and kitchen. The house is situated at the end of a quiet street, where the only noises we heard were birds chirping. Our teens loved the downstairs den with the comfy couches and TV for downtime. Rick was the perfect host; very responsive and sent detailed information about the property in advance of our stay. We loved the proximity to Lake Nighthorse and downtown Durango, too.”
