“My family and I stayed a week in Tower 1, and the staff (security and housekeeping) was very helpful and nice. Before we arrived, the host (Alicia) had everything arranged with security and key cards. Her instructions were spot on. “The location was as advertised...beautiful location and home..Nevertheless, .the property had too many maintenance issues.. the upstairs master bedroom a/c does not work. Asked to have it repaired. NO ONE CAME. Other leaks in orher areas.Also not sure why, but we had no running water for the last 2 days??? If we didnt have family near by this wouldve been much worser. But damn we paid good money for the stay.Unacceptable!!”
