“I love this hotel! It’s clean and super safe (they have a security guard at the gate). The staff is helpful and welcoming. They can help you find restaurants, get a a taxi, even just answer questions about Tanzanian culture. Most speak very good English. The owner is onsite almost everyday and really nice. “Wonderful experience! If you’re traveling from another country absolutely everything you need is at this property. They offer airport pickups, tours of the market and best of all, a personal chef who made some amazing meals for us. “I had wonderful stay for 3 weeks at Kibo Palace Apartments. The staff was wonderful and helpful. They were always available for questions, directions and recommendations. In addition, if I needed more towels or housecleaning they came that day. Zeno, the property manager was especially wonderful and I'm grateful for her and the ability to stay at the apartments during my stay in Arusha.”

"Al hotel le falta actualizacion. Aunque no estaba lleno la noche de nuestra estadia nos asignaron dos habitaciones muy lejos de todo, parece que colindaba con un barrio muy ruidoso, ruido de motos toda la noche. Me querian cobrar mas a la llegada x algun suplemento. Los salva la excelente atencion de su perosnal de cocina y restaurante, se esforzaron por hacer nuestras comidas muy agradables."

"Nos gustó mucho, llegamos en el vuelo de las 10pm. Para descansar y al día siguiente empezar tu safari está perfecta! La atención muy amable y sus instalaciones limpias. Tiene alberca que no la utilizamos pero se veía muy bien! "
