“This is the 3rd condo we've stayed at in this small (18 units) complex called Harbour Beach Village. It is a second floor corner unit and without a doubt the best one we've stayed in. We are booked again in 2026. The 4 stars for cleanliness were because we observed several areas that could have been cleaned better. “This unit is a large one bedroom with a tremendous balcony looking over the beach and ocean (top floor). From my experience, this unit is unique in a couple of different ways. “Parts of the home seemed like they were recently updated, other parts no so much. The back door to the pool was busted and took a FORCE to open, a true pain when trying to keep bugs out and enjoy the pool. Home is close to the west side beaches. The home itself is a very bare bones stay. A few old pans with no teflon left on them and very bare bones utensils we had to buy a new pan just to cook. If you plan on staying you will have to provide about everything . Not even comfortable seating...
