“The property was pretty and private, with a beautiful view. Very quiet town. The cabin was clean, updated, and nicely decorated. Our kids loved sleeping in the loft! The owner was very friendly and checked in with us when we arrived. There was a storm the night before we were to check out and they had the driveway plowed quickly. They were also nice enough to offer a later check out time to make sure we could leave safely. Close to Oak Mountain for skiing!Definitely recommend!”

“We went up for an extended weekend, and the photos of this place did not do it justice!! The view from the home was absolutely beautiful! My wife and friends were beyond pleased with this great find!! If you have the opportunity to rent this place, I would suggest you do!! Peaceful and quiet and again the view is beautiful!”

Also used to train our young Labrador Retriever (the reason we were in the area). “My mother-in-law has a bucket list of staying insome unique places so we booked this for her birthday. The caboose is very cool! The caboose is very clean. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies if needed and a nice size refrigerator. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. We would highly recommend staying here, especially if you know someone that loves trains or likes staying in one of a kind places.”
