“We liked the property and the room. Unfortunately the property restaurant was not open during our stay, would have liked to try it. There is no cell service in this area and the wifi was spotty. The nearest open restaurant was 30 minutes away. We saw a bear on the ride. There were pros and cons of this stay, but it was clean and comfortable and i would consider staying again”

“First of all, very impressed with everything provided in the cabin pretty much everything we can think of was already there so we definitely overpacked.. The property was amazing crossing down into the river in the backyard with the fire ring was especially a very cool experience. "I had a wonderful experience at The Alder at Resorts World Catskills; it truly exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness and maintenance were exceptional, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the atmosphere was soothing, away from the hustle and bustle of the casino but close enough to enjoy the fun whenever I wanted. The customer service was outstanding; the staff always smiled and were willing to help at all times. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and very clean, which contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, I prefer this hotel a thousand times over and would recommend it to any traveler seeking comfort and tranquility."
