“We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! The place was comfortable and clean. It’s very close to Keuka State Park, which was a great place for short hikes. We also visited a couple local wineries, but we visited in the off season so many were only open on the weekends. The only thing that wasn’t great was the sulfur taste and smell in the water. The brita pitcher provided helped a lot. We would definitely stay again. ”

“Everything was excellent. All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas as listed. Fireplace in main living area not working yet. Owner did work with us and should have it repaired later in January. The kids had a great time! Loved the bunk bed room, air hockey table, hot tub, able to sled down the hill in front yard. “We love it here, and it was such a gorgeous long weekend! We always enjoy our stay here with our friends. It’s a wonderful, spacious, secluded, and generally peaceful get-a-way. We were excited to have beautiful weather this time around, so we were finally able to take advantage of the back yard with the deck, grill and fire-pit! And, of course, we got in a few tastings at Apple Barrel Orchards, Ravine Winery, and Keuka Spring Vineyards! ”

“The place was clean. However, there was a note that said they can't guarantee the bedding was clean, and also to save sheets for the next guest? That was very off putting from the start. And the bed was covered in a plastic bag that was noisy whenever you moved. Although the place was somewhat secluded, there were no shades or curtains for privacy and to block the early morning sun. The water had a strong sulfur smell and not drinkable. Fortunately I had bottled water in the car.”

“Cozy, Charming Cabin in a Tranquil Setting My husband and I and our two pupsters enjoyed a wonderful three-day getaway here (only wish it were longer). The cozy, lovingly decorated cabin is located on a secluded, tranquil property with lots of land for long walks. Kathy and Ted Grey are wonderful hosts (this was our second stay at one of their cabins). The Greys are friendly and responsive with helpful suggestions for places to visit. “Everything was Great. Had a nice Long Weekend, being right on the lake was Fantastic. The back porch was amazing too just relax and see and listen to the lake. The local area was great, the Blue Eagle Bar was Awesome as well as Y Knot, a small Pizza and market, the people were very nice and the food was Great, would definitely recommend the house and those places to dine. ”
