“Exactly as advertised. Very easy to get to by car and train. The house has many spaces for group activities as well as quiet reading/napping areas. The grounds are well maintained and the view is stunning. We had everything we needed for a family getaway. The kitchen is perfect for group cooking. Check in and check out were super easy and our host responded immediately to our questions. We look forward to our next visit.”

“Home is well maintained and very clean. Nice decor, comfortable, upscale but not fussy. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms are nicely updated.The pool was perfection. We appreciated the deck with furniture and the pool furniture. ”

“This was a family gathering. We had 4 children 3yo and under. The location of the pool, up the hill met all our safety concerns. The house was just amazing and so impressive with a library that made down time more enjoyable. We have a piano player in the family who entertained us on the piano. The kitchen was breathtaking and I often rent homes yet never seen one so well stocked with dinnerware and glasses. This may be our favorite spot and hope it is available during Christmas holidays. ”

We fully enjoyed every aspect this warm home had to offer. Our two teens made great use of the billiards room and played ping pong on the sun porch. We splashed in the pool, soaked in the hot tub, made nightly s’mores, piped in jazz over the speakers and stayed up late playing games and finishing puzzles....

The layout of the house was very good, providing a lot of open spaces as well as two two separate living rooms for smaller gatherings.The hostess was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay at this house again.The only misrepresentation was that there was a pool. Before booking the house we had inquired about the pool and were told it would be open during our September stay. Shortly before our trip was to begin, we were informed that the pool...

“This house was perfect for our family. We had a wedding to attend in Poughquag. This house was only 15 minutes away from the venue. The house was spacious and allowed for private areas for everyone. Plenty of room for everybody to eat together too.”
