“Great vibe, but the Inn is quite old and noise travels. Luckily we were the only ones staying there. Other visitors had booked cabins. But when they come for morning coffee, they can be heard quite clearly. The manager is friendly and responsive. The bartender is top notch. The morning coffee is quite good as are the cookies! Overall, nice relaxing stay. ”

“The setting for this bed and breakfast was what you think of when you think of bed and breakfast - quaint setting - rustic accommodations in a country environment. Bring your computer or a book - no TV in the room. The only "complaint" is that breakfast was sparse. We thought she said, "yogurt, fruit, and granola" but when we looked in the around the common kitchen/frig we didn't see any granola. There were 2 containers of yogurt and a small bowl of blueberries. We weren't sure the other stuff...

“Fantastic trip to Montgomery made even better by staying here. Joan was so kind and accommodating, and made such a delicious breakfast every morning. We felt very at home, it was like staying with family & we were sad to leave! Our room was very comfortable, the location is beautiful, as is the house, with such an interesting history. Watching the birds, chipmunks and groundhogs was an added bonus! We can't say enough about what a great stay we had, we would come back in a heartbeat.”

“Close to Kingston and Hwy 87, thus convenient. Friendly host(s), a very pleasant stay. We were okay with no cell phone reception or TV because the wifi was fine, and we enjoyed this quiet getaway. Breakfast was tasty, artisan bread, large portions of fresh fruit. Restful and comfortable.”

“Our stay was rather disappointing. The property seems neglected. Some lightbulbs in the bathroom were not working . The coffee maker was really filthy inside. Instead of breakfast we were offered some packaged pastry from a gas station. Plus, there were a bunch of insects in the room. There was no drinking water in the property we ended up driving to get water. I don’t understand they can charge so much money ”
