“The problem is that the property is physically small, it's short. Not a problem for most people, but being 6' 3", I was hitting my head on a lot of stuff, and hunching most the time I was in the cabin. The cabin is very cozy, it all takes a bit to get used to, but once you do, it is a great small place to stay in. It would be best to get there early to get the heat figured out, if you need to do that. There are a lot of amenities to make sure everything goes smoothly and to pass the time...

“This was a great rental for a long weekend. The property is peaceful and near the lake. The house itself had great furnishings, comfortable beds, and was stocked with plenty of everyday needs for cooking meals, and enjoying an evening fire. 10/10 - would rent again”

“Really don’t like leaving a negative review but I know we all rely on honest reviews to make choices. We came for a wedding and stayed 2 nights-The beds were disgusting. The cottage overall was pretty clean-shower was passable and we tried cleaning the sheets and found old nasty gum in the dryer-but the beds were both absolutely filthy. Old pilled sheets with pubic hair and lots of dirt and just hair hair hair. Obviously had not been washed. Property is managed by a company located somewhere...

“House was gorgeous! Perfect for my father in law who uses a walker-very accessible! Wide doorways & halls, ramp off back porch to yard, first floor bedroom bed was power adjustable, etc! Only complaint was the tv! Internet is spotty & streaming continually cut in & out ”

“Beautiful property! Easy access. Nicely decorated and fully stocked with amenities. However, due to the awkward layout, we would have been much more comfortable with privacy window treatments in the front porch area. Also, the shower floor is EXTREMELY slippery. We would definitely rent again. Hopefully with those 2 issues addressed. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely cottage with us!”
