“Nice property. Pretty simple. But a good Midtown location. Walkable to the stadium and venues Downtown, but also some bars the opposite direction. Easy check in.”

“Finding the key was a bit of a hassle much like a quest. The instructions included find the lock box above the one with love written on it, on a fence of lock boxes. The unit was nice and clean and as described. There was a basket of treats which nice. I would have liked more coffee pods there was only one for each day of our stay. The walk up the four flights of stairs with our luggage had us gasping for breath lol. the place was close to downtown only $20 Uber. Overall great little get away...

“We enjoyed our stay! Neat building and loft, but definitely an old building so some of the negatives were expected. The A/C is a window unit and I could see it possibly getting a little stuffy in the loft on very hot days if you didn’t keep up on it and if you spent more time there than we did. The blackout curtains help though. Nice walk to downtown and the riverwalk is also super close. The pillows I had were terrible so pack your own and we did find some trash under one of the beds not from...

“The location is incredibly convenient to any adventure you are looking for downtown Detroit!! If you are there on a weekend using the Metropolis parking garage is a reasonable option! Anthony as a host was extremely responsive and supportive. Highly recommend!”

“This charming, clean and nicely decorated apartment was perfect for my first visit to Detroit. The location was great! Having a safe place to park my vehicle was also an added bonus. I will definitely be staying here again during my next visit to Detroit.”

“Great location if you're in for a show at the Marble Bar. Host was very responsive”

“Was worried when I got to the building but it was very nice and the hose was extremely responsive. ”

“I loved the cleanliness and location of the property. If I had to criticize anything it would be the mattress which we found needed a bit more firmness. Also, the speaker for the projector could use a bit more volume. There is a coffee maker there but be sure to pack your own coffee to bring along. All in all we enjoyed our stay .”

“Location was excellent. Within a 10 minute walk you can find everything. Room was nice. They had drinks, coffee and snacks already available at no extra charge. I had my dogs with me and the host made us very comfortable having them there and showed genuine concern with their anxities. ( They didn't like the fireworks going off at Tiger game.) Definitely is an animal lover and we were very appreciative of that. We felt very safe even at night with the security and police presence all around. I...

“We didn’t even stay”

“The apartment was very well equipped, we had everything we needed for a business trip (included an iron and ironing board). The kitchen had everything we would need if we decided to cook. It was clean and comfortable. Parking in the street was no problem, the neighborhood seemed nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.”
