This is my wife’s and my second time staying here, and we absolutely love this place. It’s a hidden gem with a beautiful view, very functional, and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back, this has truly become our little home away from home.

Loved this place. First, the location is amazing with great big windows looking out over the park from the 5th floor. Second, it is such a spacious apartment. 2 bedrooms far enough away for complete privacy. Everything in the apartment was clean and ready for me when I got there. Even had fresh towels dropped off at the door. They have a Secure parking garage right next door! Even has a skybridge so you can get to it without having to go on the street. And last but not least - host responded via txt very quickly when I had any questions. This place ia an absolute must stay if you're thinking of a downtown Detroit trip.

Good location and safe!

The location was great. Close to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The tiger and lion stadiums were close as well. The directions to get the keys were detailed and easy to follow. The alley seems sketchy but you only do it once so it’s not that big of a deal; just read the instructions well and you’ll get it. The building was safe and clean.

The property is an amazing for what you get: huge bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and a great skyline view of the little square it overlooks. The location is also great as there are many dining and drinking options within walking distance along with Comerica Park and Ford Field. The Q-line is also just a block away. In our case, it was even much cheaper than hotels in the area. Finding the key fob to check in was tricky at first, but part of that is due to the construction in the area. But once you find it, getting in and out of the building is easy and there were no issues at all.

Once I saw the check-in instructions, I immediately tried to cancel my reservation. Unfortunately there are no refunds. We paid extra to park on site, so upon arriving, I had to park temporarily in a very busy ally and the scavenger hunt began. I found the key, went around to the other side of the building to get in, up to the unit, into the safe in the front closet to find the parking pass. Back down, around to the ally, got back in my car, drove around the block to the parking structure. Upon leaving, I had to do the same thing in reverse. The unit itself was clean, but sterile and cheap feeling. I also did not appreciate the 17 emails I received with all the reminders and instructions. It made it very difficult to even find the correct email with the instructions.

Great place in the heart of it all!!

Was very nice and close to everything downtown. It was a little bit of a treasure hunt to get in the 1st time but very secure and well worth it. Felt very safe and everything was in walking distance to everything.

Comfortable, central, clean & quiet

Comfortable, central, clean, in a quiet building, 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the most central of Detroit location with a bright living room facing Capitol Park. Wonderful rooftop and view. Entry is a bit tricky and there is some construction as of Q4 2024 but overall a great stay.

Me and my wife stayed here on our wedding night as a temporary stay before our honeymoon. It was a beautiful downtown retreat. Communicating with the staff was easy and quick. Directions are easy to follow and they can answer all your questions. Only one thing could have made our stay better. We needed a one day extension and after communicating that with the staff we were quoted two different prices through out the day. The second quoted price increased to almost triple the nightly rate we payed for one night extension even though when first asking the staff agreed to charge the same nightly rate as the original nightly rate. I wish they could have accommodated the original nightly rate like they agreed to.
