There are a total of 22 private units at this location. There is a vacant field located behind the property and it is tucked away off the main road. There are several mature trees & greenery surrounding the property.

Any non-approved pets will incur a $500 fine, and failure to disclose pets may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★SECURITY CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES ★
Please note there are security cameras surrounding the exterior of the property. A Ring doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door for safety. It only monitors the exterior entryway and is active 24/7. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.

★LONG TERM BOOKINGS★
Please note that we may require a signed lease for guests who will stay 28 days or more.

★MAILBOX ACCESS★
This property does not have access with the Mail box.
