“It's a quiet and peaceful stay, perfect for a short getaway, the room is spotless, also we got everything we needed there. Tim and his little helper, the Rottweiler are so friendly and enthusiastic. Overall is nice, would give them a 10 out of 10!”

“Excellent well appointed property. Very clean and added food extras of bread, milk, snacks etc was lovely. Very spacious. Property in a very handy location to shops and eateries. Only downside was the bed was very hard so not the best sleep we've ever had. Apart from that, if you like a hard bed, a clean spacious and tidy lodging handy to amenities, this is for you.”

“Absolutely loved my stay here. I would come back in a heartbeat. The location is unbeatable: New World Grocery is literally next door, and you can stroll to the city center, Hagley Park, and the botanical gardens without breaking a sweat. It felt like a true home away from home, super clean, cozy, and everything just works. Sparkling surfaces, comfy vibes, and smooth communication with the host made the whole experience top-tier. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.”

“We had a great experience right from the beginning the communication was great the place was lovely and was just what we needed for my hubby and I and 2 teens, location was great. Only thing that could be improved is the wifi very patchy and sometimes did not work at all but still 5 star stay, definitely recommend this place, and will stay again next time we are in Christchurch!!! ”
