“There isn't anything I liked . The hotel was awful, staff unhelpful even after we complained. The manger was useless and unhelpful. The shower was broken bed side cabinet was also broken . Draw stuck out the side of bed . It would not close . I kept catching my leg on it . The headboard was dirty . The stairs was very steep. Not the best hotel. won't stay again . Meals was awful . “We stayed for a short weekend in Norfolk, decided on this stunning hotel. Was welcomed nicely in by the reception desk staff, room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Woke up to a lovely breakfast buffet both mornings. The golf course was impressive to see, even though we don’t play it ourselves. Had our final evening at the bar which had lovely drinks menu and bar snacks. Young waiter who chatted with us was so polite and funny. The only downside was that the pool was closed for...
