What an awesome place to spend a vacation!! They have an excellent game room with quality equipment. It’s been a long time since I’ve played air hockey on a table that is that perfect. So much attention to detail. The decor is perfect. Such a well kept home away from home. I can’t wait to book again! PS: the views are spectacular!

The house was incredible. Highly recommend. The owners were super helpful throughout the entire stay. We hiked to a close waterfall. It's a quick drive into the Highlands. Check it out!

Exceptional Family Cabin
Magnificent views on all three levels of this beautiful cabin! We traveled with our kids and grandkids and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and lots to do in the game room. From the large wood-burning fireplace to the comfortable, well laid out accommodations, unique cabin-themed decorations and fully stocked kitchen, they simply nailed it!

My family of 14 loved this home! The cabin charm is so cute. They have the house stocked up with cookware, comfortable seating and games the whole family can enjoy. The view are also so pretty. We definitely plan to come back

Perfect Family Christmas
We loved being in the mountains but close enough to towns for shopping expeditions as well as tubing for the grandchildren. We were able to celebrate Christmas with our large family in comfort and with ample space. We’re looking at our schedules so we can go again next year. We hope to make this place an annual family get together!

Very relaxing vacation
We stayed in Sky valley resort for couple of days with friends and we had a very relaxing and memorable stay overall. The house is located in a resort and the view is amazing. The house itself is very clean, plenty of room for everyone, well stocked.. you will find everything you want in there. The most thing I liked about it is Ron and Amy who were easy to contact and they responded to our messages right away. I will definitely recommend to my other friends.

Fam reunion
Had a lovely week at sky valley! This home was perfect gathering place after day of golf to relax and have dinner all together, plenty of space and sleeping options, well stocked and comfortable linens and beds. Great games to keep teens preoccupied, campfire circle. Lots of space to be together or to hide away!

Would absolutely book a return trip!
The house and view are incredible, and we had plenty of room for our group. Ron and Amy had everything ready for us upon arrival - check in and check out was too easy! The game room was just an added bonus. We had a fantastic time and would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway! Will definitely be coming back.

Extended Family Trip
We had the most wonderful time here and 100% of that is because of this lovely home! It had EVERYTHING we needed and so much more. So much laughter and fun around the clock in the downstairs game room. THIS was the part of the house we absolutely spent the most time. Perfect Family Getaway
Our family enjoyed a quick two-night stay at Sky's The Limit and we are already planning another (longer) visit asap.
+ The home had more than enough space to accommodate our multi-generational extended family of 12.
+ The community is easy to navigate and the home was easy to locate.
+ Ron was very communicative and gave excellent directions to the property as well as clear instructions for check-in/check-out, fireplaces, game room, etc. He also called to make sure we were settled and answer any questions.
+ The home was very thoughtfully stocked - spices, kitchen appliances/pots/pans/baking utensils, a selection of laundry detergents, tons of linens, extra blankets, etc.
+ The game room was the highlight of the trip for the kids (and adults when we could sneak a game of air hockey in)
+ We did venture outside to hike as well as visit Highlands and Highlands Outpost to ride the alpine coaster and tube.
We'll definitely visit again and appreciate the hospitality from Ron & Amy!

Poland Family Thanksgiving 2023
The property is beautiful and looks exactly as presented online. The view from the main room and decks is breathtaking! Kitchen is very well stocked. We had every piece of equipment needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. The game room was a big hit with our family. We had extended family rent 2 properties at the golf course and we all gathered in the game room for cards, darts, air hockey and Saturday Football on the big screen TV. Location is perfect. Our family enjoyed shopping days at Highlands, NC and Clayton, GA. We also visited a tree farm in NC and cut Christmas trees. Yes, we will return!!

Mountain Weekend with Friends and Family
5 star experience all around. Ron was great from the get-go, answering questions before we booked til the time we got there, even checking in on us a couple of times to make sure everything was fine. House and area was exactly as advertised. We would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Great House for Large Group with Awesome Views
The house provided great accommodations for multiple families (us, 4 adult children, spouses, 2 grandkids) with three floors, each with spacious living area and private bedrooms. Each level had a beautiful large deck with the best views we had on a vacation. Top deck had seating for 12 with chairs, tables, rockers and swings, very comfortable and inviting. Middle deck was similarly well furnished.
The spacious dining room table was especially nice for our large group to be able to all sit down together for meals. The interior decor was extremely nice, positive and uplifting, family oriented, comfortable and welcoming. The furniture was well placed and inviting. We enjoyed the kitchen, dining and living areas all being open and connected with the deck. Beds were comfortable with lots of blankets available. The kitchen was well equipped.
The many games were used by all of us. Corn hole on the bottom deck was most popular, air hockey 2nd, then the pool table. Sky Valley was attractive and we enjoyed the privacy as no neighboring houses were visible. The bird feeder was fun to watch.
We have been to several North Georgia locations and this was the best for easy access to towns and hiking in different directions.
A few issues caused us to rate 4 stars to this otherwise 5 star house. However, it is clear the relatively new owners are eager to correct these for future guests. The owners were responsive and eager to address issues, and truly wanted us to have a great vacation!

Wonderful 4th of July
The views from this property are breathtaking and location is great for attending the many 4th of July week events in Sky Valley and elsewhere. Property is conveniently located in the Northern Georgia area and we easily took day trips to Clayton, GA and Highlands and Cashiers, NC.

Sky Valleys best kept secret has it all
The host was great and called us a couple times to assure our stay was smooth. The layout was great for a huge group of friends or 2-3 families. The views were outstanding and the game room is for children of ALL ages! Great kitchen space on two of the three floors. If you have someone who can’t do stairs, they can still enjoy the family in the top floor without any issues. We will be back!!!

A+++ Just What We Were Looking For!
Our hosts were amazing from first point of contact until we left. Very responsive. Answered questions.
We looked at several options but this one met our needs in layout and space, and options of things to do during free time. We were not disappointed!! Fabulous for our team training and get away!
The hosts provided great directions to get there. Immediatelty impressed upon arrival. Walking through the home was a wow experience for us. Breathtaking balcony views from all 3 floors. There is a full bath on each of the 3 floors. The main floor is where we hung out for dining and our training sessions. We were able to use powerpoint presentations to the living room TV. Plenty of space and seating options.
We had 12 sleeping very comfortably. Plenty of blankets/pillows. Towels and even some toiletries were provided.
Everything was well thought out. We had a taco bar for one of our meals. We had everything we needed in the kitchen all 3 days. Didn't lack in anything needed for prep.
The bottom floor kept several of us occupied on breaks between the awesome electronic dart board, the ping pong, air hockey, and billards.
Hiking to Mud Falls was close by. And Dillard House horseback riding & the Dillard House restaurant were nearby. We enjoyed our visit there.
Trash was super simple to deal with the trash compactor located on the main road, so we dropped it off whenever we went out. Easy peasy.
Hope to bring a group or my family for a reunion back again.

Spacious cozy cabin with magnificent views
Our group of mountaineers were staying over the weekend in this cabin, and we fell in love with it! The pictures don't do justice to this property. The view is truly spectacular. The cabin was very clean, well furnished, very bright and had so much space even for our large group. At the same time, it was still very cozy and homey. The cabin had everything we needed, and the owner was very responsive and great to work with. We visited the beautiful Mud Creek waterfall very close by and hiked the trail next to it. The mountain views were stunning, and we really enjoyed our time at this beautiful spot!

50th Birthday gathering.
This was our second time to stay here. We made many memories when our children were younger and decided to return with them all as adults. We celebrated my 50th with family fun. I love sitting on the main level hearing them all laugh and talk smack while playing pool, ping pong and games.
The cabin is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Rosemary was even kind enough to call to make sure we all made it in while it was daylight. Cell phones are almost useless there. Thankful for a landline.
The views are spectacular and the area so quiet. The church chimes ringing in the valley is a peaceful reminder to slow down and take it all in. Enjoyed watching all the birds flock to the upper level feeders and even had a visit from a flying squirrel. Definitely a place where our family will continue to visit.
