“Located about 15-20 min from Disney, this studio was the perfect place for the two of us. Clean, nicely furnished, and in a quiet neighborhood, it was great for us to relax in between going to the parks. The host was phenomenal—from the booking to checking in on us to make sure all was good. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it looked inviting and had we had another day, it would have been spent sitting there. ”

“Upstay partnered with VRBO took no responsibility for me and my granddaughter being locked out 3 x, not having face towels, the TV remote not working, unclean room conditions, a broken door handle, and poor and untimely customer service. They refused to refund me and I ended up having to find more suitable accommodations mid-vacation. AVOID properties managed by UpStay, they're simple a horrible host. ”
