“You must stay here! I thought the ad was too good to be true because there were no reviews when I booked it as new listing. The unit is exactly as pictured. This is a 2020 gated neighborhood. The townhouse has tons of space (over 1300 sq ft) and feels like home with tile flooring and 10ft ceilings. The screened porch is huge with a 2nd floor golf course view and morning sun until noon. “The dishes were mostly dirty when we arrived, but everything else went super well! It is REALLY hot upstairs so be prepared for that. It would then get randomly cold at night. The pool being heated was GREAT. The grill worked just fine and there was plenty of space for everyone. ”
