Resorts en Distrito de Malappuram

“Other then staff and their helping nature nothing is good rooms are not well maintained neither clean, amenities are of no use and not maintained and above all food is pathetic but expensive”

“This property is built in a beautiful location and the Jeep ride to reach there is a little adventure in itself. The only issue I found is that there were these insects that are attracted to light enter the room if we do not close the door. But that was sorted by the staff within sometime. Otherwise it's a great stay. There are limited food options, but you can't expect a buffet spread for this kind of location. Overall we loved our time here.”

“It's a decent property but service could be better. Pictures look larger than life. Don't let the pictures lure you to book the place. You get what you pay for. Restaurant has decent food but the staff didn't quite get the dietary restrictions. I had to explain it to them each time and yet confused the dishes. Property is on a nice lot but could be much more elevated in decor and services. ”

“Overall good experience. It's a nice place for a lazy stay. only limitation is that the room I chose weren't facing the Banasura hills but I got royal family suite complementary for a day. Hence I can forget it. ”

“Such a great experience. Wonderful property. Great staff. Great ambiance. Super choice for a family outing. Had spent Christmas vacation here and it was a great experience ”

“Property is ok, looks ok. Room was ok, smelled mouldy. Was able to sleep. Rooms below average. Property grounds.well kept. Swimming pool needs lights, cant go after dark bc cant see anything. Restaurant is decent Highlight for me is the dude making tea, as strange as this sounds. Clean. Restaurant id rate 9/10. Tea 10/10. Service 8/10. Rooms 5.5/10.”

“Lovely staff, great food, clean room ”

“The rooms are not as shown in the images. The cottages were very dingy and visibly worn out and unkept. Common areas seem to no be getting any attention. They have an on-site restaurant that does not have any functioning staff or even a full menu. Table tennis table was broken and there were hardly any other amenities.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good. A very good place to stay”
