“Beautiful cosy studio. We enjoyed our stay. Had a few problems lost electricity when we turned on the microwave. Took a half an hour to get someone to turn the electricity back on. The kitchen silverware and pots and pans etc. need to be better organized. There needs to be some kind of note as to where things are located. This is an easy fix. Beautiful neighborhood.”

“Good location for restaurants and MoMa PS1. Easy to find. Extra charge when arriving that is not mentioned in the listing. No instructions in room on connecting to WiFi. Thin walls, uncomfortable beds. Was probably great as a Sonder, but has gone downhill.”

“Everything was as described. Clean place in a good location at a reasonable rate. Good host communication. But... There's only 1 window A/C unit for the whole place, so guests have to keep their bedroom doors open to get any cool air, which limits privacy. The bedrooms never really got cool in the summer. The window treatments are new and nice but let in a LOT of light so bring a sleep mask if you plan to sleep in. Also, the tile flooring is lovely but very loud! Carpets or rugs would help a lot...

“Great location, clean and well decorated property. Only issues was no AC in bedrooms but there is a portable fan. It just happened to be very hot the days we stayed. Overall highly recommend.”

“Excelente lugar, cómodo para 2 adultos 1 niño. Tiene una cama queen size y te proporciona 1 cama individual inflable. Te proporciona todo lo necesario para tu estancia. Incluso puedes coxinar tus alimentos con facilidad. Esta muy cerca del metro como a unas 5 calles. Aunque esta un poco retirado de Manhattan El único inconveniente el acceso tiene unas escaleras un poco inclinadas y en nuestro caso con niño pequeño y carreola se complicaba un poco. Pero nos adaptamos fácil.”
