“All Room was clean. Number of Room is 3.5 not 4 as mentioned. There was no microwave oven to warm the food. Bathrooms were very tiny. Linen/pillow were very old and dirty. Towels were not enough and having bad smell. We 5 stayed for 3 nights. Only 3 blankets were provided. I had requested for extra blankets and pillow. He agreed to give 1 blanket and 2 pillow without extra fee. But he never delivered. I have texted several times and also called and left voicemail but he never replied my msg or...

“Sehr sauber, Zimmer im 8. Stock mit fantastischer Aussicht, ausgezeichnetes Personal, Kingsize-Bett, ich habe ein zusätzliches Handtuch angefordert und es wurde mir umgehend aufs Zimmer gebracht.”

“The pictures are great but reality is this place is a dump”

“The property listed was not the one we were given. I received an email the morning of the check in and was given a different address. The owner/host said that was done for security reasons. The house had a residence above us and the upstairs people could be heard walking around early in the morning. The controls for the TV were confusing and the sound out of the TV was sort of distorted. Location was very good and parking was easy.”

“Pro:- Very close to the airport- Very close to an MTA station- Close to a supermarket (highly appreciated!)Cons:- The total price is a little high, but we didn't have other options.- Rooms are small (maybe normal for New Yorkers), and the bedroom door is tricky to close.- The stairs are very steep, not recommended if you have kids- The backyard is not clean, but neither are the neighbors- Beds are not soft, but the pillows are comfortable”

“It was full of bugs and molds in this housing. The location is pretty good to hop in a train though. The host is decent.”

“This place was great! Very clean and modern furniture and interior. It was nearby a subway stop (~8 min walk) that takes you into Manhattan. There was an AC that worked well and fans for the room. The curtains were blackout which was nice. There was also some coffee for the morning. The only comments I have are: 1. The shower head was a little too high for me. It’s a removable shower head but I struggled a little to take it down because it was so high 😂 2. During the last two nights it was...

“Spacious and clean. Like other reviewers I found it odd that the host contacted me on the morning of check in to tell me the real address of the property (it is not what VRBO sent me a day or two before). We traveled with two children. There was a pack and play and a high chair. We did not take advantage of the driveway because it is very narrow and we weren't sure if we would be blocking in other tenants. No trouble finding street parking. There are at least two families living in the...

“I wasn’t even able to get into the room . I contacted the host after self check in which me and many other people weren’t getting our access code to enter the building. The ones who got the code were leaving because other families were in their room already. One big disaster and and great disappointment to my family who came down to visit.”

“When my wife and I arrived, we found that the property was not as described in the photos. There is no sofa / sitting area. The trash cans had trash in them, and there was trash on the floor. We were only provided one bath towel and one roll of toilet paper for a 5 night stay. Additionally, upon booking, I received an email to pay directly to a 3rd party company named Belvilla. I contacted Vrbo about the issues above and they were not very helpful. Then I contacted Belvilla and...
