“Apparently, no short term property rental is allowed in NYC by city council mandate. In other words, nothing listed for any of the five boroughs is legally rentable. Please tell me why VRBO allows these listings? I didn't find out about this mandate until the day I was supposed to check in. Mind you, I had booked over a month in advance.
