“The house is gorgeous and the pool is amazing! The check in process was a little frustrating as the company needs to communicate how the door lock works. More detail needs to be added on how all doors work. I also dont like the fact that you have to upload your ID two different times in different ways. Figure out something easier! Beds and pillows are a bit hard but otherwise it is a wonderful property!works nor did the person worked.”

“We were quite disappointed when we arrived at the property after the 3pm check in and the maids were still at the house. We had driven for 7 hours and were just hoping to relax. They did not at all try to speed up leaving at all, in fact it took them another 45 mins to leave. The property was not clean the house was dirty especially the cupboards and the doors. Also we had to fill up the pool as the jets were not covered. Overall a disappointing stay. ”

“Multi family belated holiday trip. The online staff, specifically Melissa, were very helpful in the planning phases of our trip. Arrival and check in was quick and easy.
