“The house is beautiful and the view is amazing- especially at sunset!! The bedrooms are huge and soundproof. We enjoyed the pool every day. Be prepared that there are 66 stairs up to the house plus 32 more to the upstairs of the house! There is an elevator from the garage to the house. Our main criticism is that the listing indicated a 4 minute walk to the beach. You absolutely cannot walk anywhere from the house. The hills are insane! A car is a requirement. The club pool and tennis courts are...
