“This property was beautiful. Close enough to walk to things but far enough away to feel secluded. Loved waking up and sitting on the beach drinking coffee. Hammocks during the afternoon thunderstorms were fun. This was an incredible space for our anniversary/birthday trip. ”

“Potrero is our go to spot and this accommodation is the best so far. The property manager Arturo was there to meet us at check-in and was always available whenever we had questions. The unit had everything we needed but was also within walking distance of all of the best restaurants. The added bonus of being able to step out on the beach in the morning was the highlight of the stay. ”

“The property was very comfortable. The garden and pool areas were lovely. We were there during record breaking rain, but still enjoyed our time there. The grounds keepers kept the area clean of storm debris, giving us a beautiful view.”

“The people we worked with were all very nice. I don't really have any complaints. The place is older and could use some better workmanship. The stove is old and the decals were worn off. It took us a while to figure out which burners worked. All in all the place worked for us but I would have to give it an 8 out of 10.”

“Nice apartment- clean comfortable. No laundry or vacuum. 4 burner stovetop but no oven. No freezer. There were no hangers in the closet but the staff brought us some the next day. Bed was comfortable. A/C was quiet and worked well. Internet worked well. Local market had everything we needed, just expensive. Good variety of restaurants on the beach, not busy, good food. Me sentí estafada Piden entrar a otra aplicación, poner todos los datos personales, incluso foto de mi ID Y reconocimiento facial , datos de mi tarjeta y pagar $50 adicionales, esto no lo mencionan en las condiciones. “We had a wonderful few days in Playa Portero at this beachside condo. We enjoyed the beautiful oceanside view, easy beach access and well-maintained pool at the property. The property manager was very responsive and had great communication throughout our stay. The condo itself was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. There are great places to eat just around the corner. There are lots of places to explore within a short drive. We wished our stay here was longer!”

“Our stay with our adult children and significant others was a home run! Even though we had a vehicle we were able to walk to coffee shops, lunch locations, and fun tropical drink spots. Other than the construction going on behind the condo, it was in a perfect stay. I would not hesitate to book this condo. We had everything we needed, especially a well stocked kitchen.”

“The loft was in the perfect location, tucked away just 1 min walk to the beach and main strip of restaurants in town. The space comfortably slept three adults and am sure even two couples would have been fine. The unit came with beach chairs, coolers, towels and anything else we needed to enjoy activities around the town. Amazing affordable option which is hard to find in Las Catlinas!”

“My family and I stayed here for 5 nights in April. The location of the condo is great. The listing is very accurate. Minutes to the beach. The building has 24 hour staff/security. Each and every one of them were extremely friendly and helpful. They were great. The pool was really really great for us. A reprieve from the heat. Pool was well taken care of and clean. The real MVP was the outdoor shower as we found ourselves in the water/sand continually and it saved our floors from being covered inside!
