“The room is right on the beach with a postcard perfect view. Patio has a bar facing the water for morning coffee and sunset viewing. Private cabana with comfy lounge chairs were great for napping, reading, hanging out. Bed was solid and very comfortable. Hosts are friendly and attentive.Of course there are some ants, this a a tropical beach. And getting there has some challenges, recommend a small 4x4. And this is not a hotel or a brand new building, so don’t expect that. Do expect to sleep well...

“We loved our stay at Casita Del Mar. The location was fantastic, right on the quiet end of Tamarindo Beach. You could surf right outside our door. Casita had everything we needed and it was cleaned every three days by Kathy, who did an excellent job.”

“Perfect location with private access to the beach. Its on the quiet side of the beach with fewer people. About a 15min walk into town for anything you may want or need. Toni was incredible and the groundkeeper Antonio was there for absolutely anything we needed. Thank you for such an amazing weekend! We are already trying to figure out when we can come back. PURA VIDA! ”

“Overall a great stay. We did have A/C issues but the property manager was very responsive in getting the unit fixed but we did end up having three nights of our stay with no A/C. Barbecue is a great asset but it wasn’t getting cleaned by the regular cleaning staff and there were no cleaning tools to be able to clean after use, could be good to add to the barbecue setup.Unit was great and resort amenities great, location best in town. Overall good stay.”
