“Just a unique and wonderful experience at Balian resort. Located in a perfect area in Shinjuku, it’s close to everything but just far enough to be quiet. The staff was exceptional. The amenities were amazing. Rooftop terrace, garden for dining, all types of food and personal items for free. It was truly great! ”

“Once you step out of the hotel your in the middle of Tokyo Night life… Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive. Just wish the bed was a little softer…”

Though I did not order it, room service is available. Please be aware of check-in and out hours and read all rules. Kabukicho is great for night life, but stay aware of your surroundings. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance.”
