“The space is beautiful and the view is amazing. Comfortable walking distance to pretty much everything. Parking included. The bed is very soft and the house is charming with lots of bright space. Check in and out were seamless. It is in the heart of everything, so there is a little noise from outside, but a sound machine is provided to drown out some of it, which is a very thoughtful touch. ”

“Host is very fast in responding to your texts. We arrived early and texted if we would be able to at least park in the parking spot. He said absolutely. After we parked and headed to St. George Street for lunch he texted and said that we were able to also get into our unit! That was much appreciated. The location is fantastic, so close to everything. Loved being able to walk everywhere. I’d definitely recommend staying at this property.”

“Jana was an outstanding host. The cottage was very well appointed. It was clean and Jana thought of just about everything we could possibly want including a platter of cookies.We don’t come to this area often but the cottage was so nice, we might come just to stay here and enjoy the peaceful quiet and comfort of the cottage.”

“Great location, beach access on both ends of the block, one just two doors down. Beautiful beach, stores within easy biking distance. Comfortable bed. Unit is perfect for a couple. Only minuses- no stove, but there is convection/toaster oven that worked well. There is no view from the unit, which is a ground floor apartment, but it is so close to the beach that it is well worth the very reasonable cost. We were here to surf, sightsee, and visit family, and this fit the bill. ”

“Property was very nice, short walk to the beach but perfect for what we needed it for. Pool was nice, downside is that they are strict on closing the pool at dusk, cant even walk through it as needed to get to the ocean at night so you have to walk around the buildings if you want to walk the ocean at night. Other then that it was perfect and still worth the 5 star rating. I think my favorite feature is the bigger then king sized bed. Sooooo much room makes me want one at home but the girlfriend...

“Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was smelled like a mold. Utensils were smelled like eggs and left them without washing. Toilet flush was not working properly.”
