“Such a nice home, everything was perfect, they even had Band-Aids, which I needed from all of the walking downtown - Thank you! The hot tub was nice, could have been a little warmer :) It was a lovely stay, beds were super comfey and I loved the throw blankets as it got a little cold while we were there. “This place is much nicer than the pictures show. The 2 separate houses were great my grandson and I stayed in the low tide house my 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters stayed in high tide. The pool area and Florida room were perfect. The path to the ocean is right by the house and the beach area was perfect. We have been coming to St.Austine on and off for 25 years and this is by far the best place we have stay. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family and pets. The location was so close to the beach - just steps away. And, we were a short drive to downtown. We could be there in just a few minutes. The property manager was so easy to work with and gave us a great recommendation for buying fresh local seafood. Can’t wait to visit again!”

“Beautiful home. Roomy with plenty of space for everyone. There is also a foosball table that we enjoyed playing in our downtime. Having a bathroom in each room was fantastic. Beds in all the rooms were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and pots etc for cooking. We used the sofa bed in the sitting area and it was surprisingly comfortable as well. Walk to the beach is very short and a great big beach to enjoy. Communication with owner was quick and informative. Overall great stay and...
