“Excellent location, at a very good price. But... you get what you pay for. First impression is a hole in ceiling around a fixture. The second thing you notice is a plate of ear plugs on the coffee table/ottoman, which is kind of ominous. Cleanliness is at question. There is a thin film of pink mildew on the shower curtain, if you put things on the floor in the bedrooms they get covered in dust bunnies. The beds are HORRIBLE. Basically a 4" slab of unsupportive foam on top of a mattress. ...

“Expedia shows rooms that are not really available in the hotel. But hotel staff was amazing and helped me properly accomodating my family. Dont have the name but it's the guy in the night shift. He was super kind and helpful. Hotel is beautiful and well located. Will definitely go back!”

“Cleaning was not done in both rooms until requested. Premises need refurbishing immediately, it feels very old. Bathroom with leaks and stains. Carpet looks dirty. Locations is good but other hotels seem to be better price vs quality”

“Al llegar al hotel encontramos la recepción CERRADA y ya pasaban de las 3:00 pm No tenían personal alguno que atendiera ni teléfonos ni la recepción Mientras esperamos llegaron más huéspedes molestos por la urgencia de registrarse Apareció un trabajador y se negó a atendernos bajo el argumento de que ERA SU HORA DE DESCANSO y el hotel no tenía personal para suplirlo Tuvimos que esperar más de una hora sentados afuera de la recepción Frustrante”
