El dueño, Zouhair, muy atento y facilita mucho el checkin y chechout.”

“Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest. Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important.”

“The apartment was quite spacious, very clean and well maintained. It was located very close to the metro, shops and places to dine. The host sent perfect instructions ahead of time on how to access the home so we could get in without delay after a busy travel day, much appreciated. Highly recommend.”

“We had a great stay here in the 6th arrondissement. The location was perfect, close to everything, with great restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood felt very safe. It was comfortable for our family of five and had plenty of space. The only minor issue was that the bedroom closest to the bathroom was a little warmer than the others, but it was not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.”

“THE UNIT IS LOCATED IN A BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD, WITH LOTS OF RESTAURANTS , CAFE AND CLOSE TO TRAIN STATTION. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE WAS A CONSTANT NOISE AT THE UNIT THAT MADE US LOOSE HOURS OF SLEEP. IN ADDITION, SINCE THE BEDROOMS ARE UNDER STREET LEVEL, THERE IS TOO MUCH HUMIDITY FOR A HEALTH STAY. A TECHNICIAN WAS REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO THE NOISE AND ARRIVED, ONLY TO FIND NO SOLUTION. AGENTS RESPONSE WAS NOT AS QUICKLY AS NEEDED..”

“Perfect Paris apartment! We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. We were a family traveling with our 3 boys and the apartment was fantastic. Decorations were just as it looks in pictures, beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone, the air conditioning was really nice to have in the summer heat. The kitchen is perfect for a quick meal. Rue Montorgrueil is a short walk for amazing bread, pastries, restaurants. Monoprix is across the street for all grocery needs. Metro stop across...

“El apartamento está muy bien, además de bien situado. Tiene 3 dormitorios, pero sólo dos de ellos son aptos para matrimonios. En nuestro caso éramos 3 matrimonios y uno de los cuartos resulta demasiado pequeño. Ni siquiera tiene un perchero donde colgar la ropa. Pero lo peor de este apartamento fue la limpieza, o mejor dicho, la falta de limpieza. Tuvimos que quejarnos y volvieron a venir a limpiar, pero la cosa no mejoró mucho. He estado en muchas casas de alquiler y nunca me había pasado esto...
