“A great hotel! A very nice place to stay”

“Had a wonderful 6-day stay at the gorgeous Royal Bell. Exceptional service—everyone was eager to please and made sure our stay was flawless. It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. Gorgeous bathroom hardware and a VERY comfortable king-sized bed. Luxurious linens and modern furnishings with a nod to its historic past. The surprising bonus was the ground floor back...

“Very disappointing. The parking is on-site, but tight and hard to enter especially if people park inconsiderately. Do not be fooled by the photos of the hallway, the rooms (or at least our “family room”) was extremely dated and frankly like a hostel. Cobbled together furniture that looked like it had been donated and organised very poorly in the room. The bathroom looked like it may have been renovated in recent years but the shower was filthy, the pedal bin lid fell off as soon as we stepped...

“No estuvo mal para unos dias.”

“Self-check in, mould at the end of the bed in the sheets, cracks in walls, floors unswept, smelt of smoke upon entry (despite being a non-smoking hotel), found a bug on the towels, mould around the window, safety lock on window broken, door could be easily pushed open if not locked”

“The hotel was amazing, close to the tube station, beautifully decorated. Rita and co was so helpful and attentive. Can’t wait to come back and try the cocktail bar.”

“We had a great stay! Sabrina was so friendly and helpful. We hope to come back soon!”

“This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at in London! The staff is amazing, breakfast super delicious and the rooms are a dream! ”

“El desayuno excelente!!”

“Excelente servicio y habitaciones ”

“Great place to stay and lovely location”

“muy buen hotel y las instalaciones genial”

“Todo cómodo limpio y funconando”

“Lovely stay! Rooms were super clean and well equipped and the staff was very friendly.”

“El lugar es perfecto para una estancia tranquila. El personal es muy amable y el cuarto es bastante amplio, considerando que es Londres, hay una estación de tren a 6 minutos caminando, lo que es muy conveniente. Lo único que no me encantó es que no puedes conseguir un espresso y eso que hay un bar/restaurante abajo, pero eso ya es un gusto personal.”

“Muy agradable la sala del desayuno y la calidad. Cerca de la estación, con aparcamiento gratuito y las habitaciones cómodas. Me volvería a alojar allí si volviera a Londres.”
