It was great, quiet, peaceful,and relaxing. The only problem was the water pressure was really low in the shower. I would recommend putting a hammock on the back porch. Besides that everything was great.

A nice place to stay if you have things planned to do in town. Loved the massive jet tub. Bed mattress needs replacing.

I booked this place for a getaway by myself while my niece was getting married in town. Communication with the property management company was great. I booked this one for the jacuzzi tub. Turned on the jets and it wasn’t properly cleaned with black stuff shooting out from the jets. Back door doesn’t open easily or lock properly. Front door chain is broken and did not lock properly. Didn’t feel fully safe even though you’re pretty much in the middle of nowhere

The property was on a beautiful piece of land. There were afew issues with the room however. Two of the light bulbs were out in the overhead fan/light fixture making vision in the room very difficult. There was a tiny bit of hand soap and no body soap at all. The bed mattress was incredibly soft, so you’d sink into the middle. The jacuzzi area looks nothing like the photo. There were some very, very old lounge chairs around it. It would have been nice if the deck chairs outside the room had been wiped down.

Loved the peace and quiet

Room was Beautiful spacious and location was not too far from town, it was peaceful and quiet. Over all was clean, except a lot of dust on furniture and ceiling fan. The A/C did not cool very well. I realize it’s the heat of the summer. We had to get an additional fan to have the room cool enough to sleep. We would try this unit again maybe in the fall or spring when the weather is cooler. We would stay here again

Weekend getaway

Had a great and quiet stay. The facility is nice and clean. Large room and space. Very slightly off the beaten path but that helps with privacy and silence. Did not have to interact with anyone else on the property. Just drove up and went straight to our unit which was ready for us. Hardly anyone else around. Dripping Springs is a short winding 10 minute drive for groceries, gas, restaurants, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a nice get away. Biggest downfall for us was trying to get an uber into town. Besides that it was perfect!

Perfect secluded romantic getaway

Our experience was amazing. We loved the en-suite tub and the privacy was amazing. We were one of only two guests there and felt quite isolated, which is what we wanted. We saw plenty of wildlife and the tranquility of the hottub and hammocks was amazing for this husband and wife.

Quaint quiet property

We had a great stay...very nice property. The bed may need replacement as it was a bit too soft for our liking...but the place was still lovely quiet and comfortable.

The property was good/affordable for the stay. 2 reasons I could not give it a 5-star rating was because of cleanliness. The shower floor was slick/dirty when I walked in it, I cleaned it as best I could myself it was good to take a shower then. The copy pot was not cleaned out when we wanted to make coffee the next morning had to clean it out really good before using it. We cleaned the coffee pout out ourselves before leaving and left it drying on the table where the coffee pot sits.

Weekend Getaway

Nothing else like the Texas Hill Country for a peaceful, relaxing and scenic getaway. This was a return visit for us and enjoyable once again. We saw several large jack rabbits grazing just off our back porch in the early mornings and late evenings! There are plenty of sights, restaurants, shops, and wine & olive oil tastings nearby.
