Great views, serene atmosphere

The kids felt like they were in a tree house and loved feeding the deer! Nice location on the lake. Close to great swimming beaches.

Property was just as advertised. Beds were comfortable and the lake views were fantastic. Loved the little area under the house with the ping pong table.

Good spot

Enjoyed the stay. Water was really low so we went over to ramp #5 and had a blast in the cove. Deer were fun to hang out with at night!.

Great quiet space

We enjoyed our visit. Sadly, the lake is so very low, so we did not get to enjoy much of that. The house was tucked back and quiet and was what we needed to get away and unwind for a couple of days.

Best vacation!

We LOVED our stay at Canyon Lake. The house was super clean and had so much to offer. It's obvious the owners go out of their way to provide plenty of extras to guests. We loved the welcome snacks, outdoor ping pong table, patio views and so much more.

Weekend Fishing Trip

Hopefully water in lake rises. Enjoyed the stay, very clean. Walk was nice going to fish with my son. Ping pong table was a nice bonus.

Clean, quiet place on the lake with amazing views!

This home at Canyon Lake was what we needed to relax and recharge. We would definitely stay here again. There are a lot of deer in the area. Drive Safely!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean. Everything you need is in the kitchen. The property itself is beautiful, you can walk down to the lake very easily. You can see the lake from the house.

Spring Break Getaway

Beautiful home on Canyon Lake. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family of 5. Many different activities to choose from without even having to drive anywhere. Swimming, fishing , kayaking, ping pong- this place had it all.

Great getaway with lake access

We spent three nights here just after Christmas and really enjoyed the location, the walks to the shore, the deer roaming around (some coyotes at night). Very nice place for some relaxation and midway between LBJ and San Antonio, both of which we visited. Tue nearby Italian restaurant was a nice find and treat. Well run property. Thanks

Perfect for what we needed

Overall this was a great property. It was well maintained, clean, well stocked, and had clear instructions for everything. Only thing is I wish they would have been up front about how far the lake actually is right now with the water levels being low. We booked this property based on it being waterfront, however it is actually .37 mile walk to the lake.

Perfect spot for a winter getaway

We loved staying at Canyon Lake. The house is just as advertised. Clean and convenient to shopping for supplies. We drove from New Jersey to Texas to pick up a sail boat. The house was most welcome after a long drive. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck with coffee on the morning. The view is beautiful. The people in Canyon lake are so friendly too. Wish we had more time. Perfect area for snow birds.

Quaint House with Lake Access

The property was fantastic. It had a great living space with plenty of room for the family. It is on a cul de sac so very safe for children if they want to ride their bikes outside. The neighbors were also very friendly and helped with local information. The one problem we had (which can't be controlled) is the lake level. We travelled 4 hours with our boat and all the near by ramps were closed. We had to travel about 15/20 minutes to the nearest ramp and there were so many people trying to utilize the ramp that it took over 2 hours of waiting.
