“Sehr gute Zimmer! Genug Platz für eine 4 Köpfige Familie! Gerne wieder”

“To begin with, they give you a number in case you have a problem talking to the receptionist, then you talk to him and as if it weren't with him, he doesn't answer you, you explain the reasons and he just forgets that you are talking to him. They don't clean the rooms, there are cockroaches everywhere, it's a complete disaster, I don't want anyone to sleep there.”

“There is no checkin reception & you need to self checkin with a code which i was never informed, The room service was pathetic & they informed its only available from 10 am - 6 pm & was not provided the basic water service in the room, the wifi was the poorest i have ever seen, after requesting for improving it there was no response & i requested to get the router placed in the room which never happened. ”

“Good property, meets all a guest could probably desire. ”

“I can honestly say this has been the best place to stay at ever ! So myself my wife and our 3 kids stayed at this beautifully presented, so clean, villa for 7 days and we all loved it so much. Modern decor and furniture, comfortable sofas and beds, spacious and just great vibes all round. The pool is great. Kept clean by the pool cleaners regularly, the kids loved it. The host is responsive and helpful. The manager also efficient and helpful. Absolutely no complaints. Great vibes. Thank you.”

“The attendant was phenomenal ”

“On arrival, we were put into the wrong apartment for the first night. We then changed to the apartment that had been advertised. It wasn’t as clean as we are used to especially in Dubai; the floor and sofa was stained and the glass on the balcony was filthy. My biggest concern was that we didn’t have gas throughout the trip so if we did wasn’t to cook, it would have been difficult. There was no kettle either so we could not boil water. This was resolved with a kettle being supplied to us but...

“Average, no view of Ain, kitchen bare. ”

“Apartment is absolutely stunning. Bedrooms are all good sizes, bathrooms modern and beautifully done. Fantastic location right on West Beach, with lots of beach clubs nearby. 5 min walk to mall with lots of shops, including supermarkets. Will stay here again as really could not fault it, highly recommend. ”
